We believe that effective project management is the most important aspect to ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget. Our focus is to deliver effective project management to each project that we are involved with, which incorporates communication with clients, contractors and regulatory authorities, management of sub-consultants and equipment providers, and management of overall project budget and programme.

Our Launceston based team have extensive experience with management of large-scale construction and development projects, and have built strong relationships with contractors, regulatory authorities and sub-consultants around Australia.
Furthermore, with our extensive experience in initiating and implementing development in a range of industry sectors, we have the expertise and capability for offering Development Management services for our Clients.
This includes the preparation of project feasibilities and business case assessments, preliminary project planning assessments, master planning and concept designs as well as managing all aspects of the financing and delivery of development projects.
Finally, we also have extensive experience in managing complex construction projects, including cost, time and quality planning and management. We undertake contract administration and oversee the various contractors and sub-contractors involved in a development project to ensure that the initial aims of the project are delivered through every stage and through to completion and handover.
